That little multi tool thing is badass, but everything was there and on time. Looks good.

The brake set overall is of good quality. The cables and housings are longer than the original set but that wasn't a problem. Easy to put on and adjust.

This set of ‘V’ brake levers and hand brakes is complete and works, but the quality leaves much to be desired. The rubber brake pad nuts and adjustment washers are terrible quality making adjusting the brake pad distance laborious. Bottom line the kit works, but not sure how long. Granted I installed them on a cheap Schwinn bike, for some reason I expected more.

The item was great, arrived fast. It was packaged well, and the price was good.

Manufacturing brakes for anything is serious business. These are poorly made with the casting cut so the the spring that returns the brake to its neutral position slips out of position at the slightest movement. Both sets in this package have the same flaw. I wrapped the spring to the main arm with aluminum wire and covered it with electrical tape to secure the spring until I can attempt to cut in a proper notch with a grinder.Because I needed a quick fix for a bike at a BnB two hours from home I had to use the junk. If you are looking at this product or manufacturer, keep looking this ain’t no deal.
