Is this pitcher made of hard plastic or flexible plastic?

Hard plastic you definitely have to be careful with it because it can break easily. But I love this iced tea maker.

Are there paper filters that can be used with this coffee maker?

Paper filters are not required since it has a permanent filter, but you can use a standard #4 coffee filter. I find it makes cleanup much easier.

Is the pitcher dishwasher safe?? Would love a response from the Seller please!

I have put in dishwasher with no problems

After one use the lid over the brew basket no longer closes. Anyone else have this problem?
