And, even if that wasn't your goal - this stuff is GREAT! I've tried multiple sriracha sauces from different brands, and this is really the closest I've found to Starbucks.Not as hot as "rooster" Huy Phong brand, but more flavorful in my opinion. This is probably the best all-round sriracha out there in my opinion.Nice work, Yellowbird - I want to try more varieties of your condiments now.

I tried the mini bottle from the check out line in REI and I knew I had to get more. This here is a great value for the amount and price. Very happy with my purchase. It’s the right amount of spicy and sweet and I love the ingredients they use. I won’t run out for a while but when I do I am repurchasing.

I used this on some baby back ribs that came off my Traeger. Definitely has a kick to it! Beforehand I used it on mainly breakfast items, especially burritos!

Let me start by saying I don't care for Sriracha. A buddy seasoned a dish with this sauce. Well, I ordered a 3 pack the next day. Especially good on avocado. Not too spicy and a really great garlic flavor. Eggs will never be the same after adding this sauce. I can't say enough about this sriracha, just darn good flavor.

One of the best "hot" sauces ever.Not overpowering but a good heat. If you like hot sauce without needing a gallon of ice water to put the fire out this is it.

This hot sauce is so good. I saw it at a restaurant in Miami and bought it for myself on the spot. Would highly recommend.
