Does this come with a wine shelf or one as an option/addition?

No specific wine shelf all shelves are flat but can be used for bottles.

Did anyone reverse the door? I bought this product but cannot reverse the door as there is no corresponding hole a top of the door on the other side

The door has to be inverted to reverse the door but then you cannot use the lock hope this helps.

What is the height id the space between the shelves?

Just over 5 inches between each shelf.

I can't see a handle on the pictures ! How does this open ?

This appliance does not have a handle. This can be opened from the side.
