Flexible in use. I did not use for intended purposes but to place on the back of my neck for migraines. Life saver! Flexibility of the icepack helps with being able to have it exactly where I need it.

These ice packs work great postpartum. They don‘t stay cold for a very long time but they freeze quick and have a good shape. I found them to be a little bit too long and actually folded a part in. They do the job though.

Bought these for after I had vulvar neoplasia surgery and they were a life saver.

Barely any of the beads inside to freeze, mostly just an half empty sealed plastic with air in it. Was dissapointed as I purchased this for post partum and it really doesn't appear up to the task of keeping my private bits chilled while healing.
