Ich habe die ARENA Elite Handpaddel vor kurzem erworben und bin restlos begeistert von ihrer Leistung. Diese Handpaddel haben sich als äußerst effektives Trainingswerkzeug für mein Schwimmprogramm erwiesen. Besonders beeindruckt bin ich von der verbesserten Schwimmtechnik, die ich durch die Verwendung dieser Handpaddel erreicht habe. Sie bieten einen spürbaren Widerstand im Wasser und fördern so die Kraftentwicklung in den Armen und Schultern. Gleichzeitig helfen sie, die richtige Handstellung und den korrekten Armzug zu trainieren. Die verstellbaren Riemen ermöglichen eine individuelle Anpassung an die Handgröße, was den Tragekomfort weiter erhöht. Zudem lassen sich die Handpaddel einfach an- und ablegen, was den Trainingsablauf nicht unnötig verzögert.

This is my first pair of swim paddles and I am quite happy with them! They work as they should and definitely have built strength since I started training with them. They did not come with instructions for putting on the elastic straps so I had to google how to do it. Overall the fit is true to size! Paint has scratched off in the few months since getting them but that is expected. I purchased these mainly because I liked the colour and look, function is as expected!

Comprati per mia figlia di 10 anni che pratica nuoto a livello agonistico. Preso la taglia XS e le vanno perfette.
