Good product works quickly
Great gas reduction pill helps with upset stomach and when eating food that commonly cause gas. Has a bit of a funky smell but overall a good product.

Starts working day one.
So far so good. Day number 3. Years of gut issues, GERD, slow gut, constipation, and extreme bloating. I can feel it helping by the fit of my clothes. I am only doing one per day for now, I may increase after a week or two. Cheaper than the other products I looked into so I am glad its working. It has an earthy smell and it's slightly minty during the swallow.

Review on an anti-gas product = TMI, but here goes. For my painful bloating and cramps and gas, Gas-X and similar products barely helped. Now I take one Hilma capsule after every meal, and I get no bloating, no cramps, and none or normal, manageable gas. The capsules have a mild taste that goes away quickly (and if you like peppermint, fennel and anise, you might enjoy the taste). Time to subscribe.

Good for Dairy allergy people
These work very well with dairy allergies. Gut issues like gastritis. Been using them for 6 months and they help alot. Easy to swallow but I like to use applesauce. Good strength. It does take time to heal your gut. This works good as a cofactor to that.

Didn’t work for me as I hoped.
They didn’t work for me. I took 2 at a time. Bloating went down some but it didn’t take away the other issues…took 2 days in a row and it wasn’t enough to fix the issue. Maybe I should’ve taken more? I did like how easy they went down and I liked the flavor in my mouth after I took them. Just wish they worked.

Actually works!
I do not take supplements or other natural type medicine but my husband brought this home the first time and I had to admit it really helped. The only issue I have is that the fennel taste and smell can last for a few hours. For me its a trade I'm happy to swap for the pain of gas but thought it was worth mentioning.
