The insoles can be trimmed to the exact shape of your shoe, ensuring a perfect fit and maximum comfort. I have been using it for almost a month now and the dynamic arch support system proved to be efficient on helping to distribute weight evenly across the foot, reducing stress and strain on the feet, ankles and knees. Overall, I would highly recommend it. 10/10
