This armband is great for running or light workouts, I would not recommend it for arm day at the gym though. You need to secure your phone before putting it on your arm which is somewhat a hassle, but once it is in there and the band is on your arm it is not going anywhere. I bought the largest one and it was snug.

Could be happier with the product. Enough room to slip in a phone with screen size 6.8 inches leaving some extra room for other accessorise.
