NECA Predators 2010 Movie Series 1 Action Figure Classic Predator

This figure is great, the detail is amazing and very accurate. The only thing missing is the skulls necklaces. Unlike the Macfarlane figures this on looks like Kevin Peter Hall in a costume, i mean the proportions and sculpt feel very natural, with a distinctive flow. The old Movie Maniacs version is very similar, but the proportions are more like an actual creature in movement. So there is going to be fans for both figures. The paint job in mine is quite good for a mass produced toy, but obviously is not exactly as the one in the package. Still, my Predator did not broke taking it out the blister, or later, all its articulations are working so far. So to resume i recommend this one to all Predator fans and figure collectors over all.

The figure is ok. Confused why it says "Classic" Predator and is in the "Predators" packaging. The Classic Predator in the film is stripped of all armor and this figure cannot have the armor removed. Was excited when heard it was released but disappointed it is not the captive Classic predator on the crucifix as in the movie.

Wow what a great Predator. Neca has given us a great line of Predator figures with incredible detail. If you can still find one pick this figure up. You won't be disappointed.

I received this figure in the mail however it had some extra paint on it I don't know if someone did something to it but its still a good figure

NECA produced this one first, before the 1/4 scale. After the 1/4 scale came out, they issued the masked 7 inches figure. The masked 7 inch applies the same paint as the 1/4 ones. They look so much different!! The masked one also comes with bone necklace!! Which this one doesn't have. It is just too bad NECA didn't paint this the same way. The major difference is all the metal parts. This one looks plastic and grey, the masked one used sliver paint, so they look like metal. The body is also painted differently. Skip this one, get the masked one.

The sculpture itself is pretty nice, the colors are good and it an overall good looking toy. I bought this is a collector's item so I don't much care for the pivots. My only complaint would be the paint on the face. It was a little messy and the mouth was not very accurate but like i said, it is pretty nice, overall. I would recommend.

This figure looks wonderful very detailed however when i took it out of the package i gently attempted to move what appeared to be a hinge joint and it broke now in all fairness to the manufacturer I suspect the seller broke it, glued the arm on half assed repackaged it and sold it to me as new. NECA pays great attention to detail but durability may be an issue.

How can such detail be created for such a small price? This thing is mind-boggling.It's almost 8" tall, depending on how it's posed. The little straps that are in the photo (hanging from his knees and elbows) aren't there, but the rest is accurate. Out of the package, the joints are a bit stiff. Someone suggested using a hair dryer for a few seconds to loosen them up -- it worked fine.I'm an older guy, but this brings back memories of seeing the original movie at the theater with mylittle bro.I have it standing next to my computer. Recently purchased the 19" version as well. I think I'm hooked.Any suggestions on what to feed him?
