I take it to help clear breakouts. Along with l-lysneIt seems to help well and the blemishes heal up faster . .. the reviews had stars for pain relief I had no idea you could use it for that so I guess I'll try next migraine or back ache!

Too many different fillers
I dumped mine. Did not see that it has magnesium stearate and silica. Iwanted Red Marine Algae and I am not sure how much of that is in these capsules . Too many freaking fillers.

Pills to big to swallow
The pills are horse pills. If you open them to take in yogurt etc, it's very gritty.
