Bluebonnet Nutrition Super Quercetin

I got these on recommendation by a chiropractor i was seeing, for allergies and sinus issues. I had been on other supplements for sinuses but was able to cut them out after i took these for a while. But because i was already on something for allergies and sinus relief i don’t entirely know how theyve helped except to say im originally from the northeast and when i moved to SC I definitely began having allergy/sinus issues galore... and ive taken two of these every night for years and i rarely have allergy issues and my sinus issues have greatly reduced as well. Then recently i started pursuing more overall health and to fix some issues with my adrenals, IBS, and high BP. So one of the vitamins i tried out was B3, not knowing about the Niacin “flush”. So one day after taking B3, i had a rash from head to toe and it was really hot and painfully itchy... a little research helped me see it was the B3 and that it could last hours. It was pretty bad so i researched natural antihistamine type supplements, hoping i might have something to use. On the list was pretty much everything in this Super Quercetin mix, so i took 2, and the rash that was beet red amd intensely itchy was completely gone in about a half hour. That to me was proof that this supplement is indeed still very effective in my body, and im even more happy to still be taking it.

I use to be miserable in the spring with the pollen floating in the air - itchy eyes and running nose. I would go thru a box of tissues easily in a day. Then I started taking Super Quercetin and the relief was almost immediate. I have told anyone struggling with pollen allergies that I come across. I live in a small town. A few days ago I went to buy a bottle since the spring winds were upon us and, crap, the store was out!!!!!! Apparently the word is out on this supplement and they can't keep it stocked in the store. So I ordered online - Thank God for Amazon Prime and 2 day shipping!!! Saved me from those dreaded allergies......

This product is part of my daily regime of staying healthy. I’m almost 90 years old. It helps!

My order arrived quickly, well sealed and wrapped carefully in bubble wrap. It taste great and only has one gram of sugar. Thankful, sugar was not added to the Elderberry. I am glad my daughter told me about this excellent quality, pure, and natural Cassie Green Elderberry. Well worth the cost and it is less expensive on Amazon than on her website or in the store.

I have been using bluebonnet super quercetin for years. My holistic vet recommended it for my dogs, for a natural immune booster for allergies, and all these dogs look fantastic for being seniors. I only gave it a 4 star this time, because after opening the bottle, some of the capsules had been broken, and the bottle was a mess of powder. Appears only to be a few broken capsules. Hopefully this doesn't happen again

This stuff works well for me. When I see that the ragweed is high in my area, and I start with the sneezing, running nose, and watery eyes, I take 4 of these. I know they are 1,000 mg each, but that is what it takes to completely relieve my symptoms! I follow up with 2 more in 4 hours and that is usually it for the day. No side effects whatsoever! Beats any of the OTC allergy drugs. Quercetin keeps the mast cells from exploding and releasing histamines. So, it basically prevents the reaction to allergens. Where OTC drugs deal with the attack after it happens - makes you feel drugged up. I read a study where quercetin was tested and found to show no side effects at 20 times the normal dosage.
