Love this piece!
Some of the instructions are a bit frustrating since it’s not super helpful. Some are a bit confusing so it’s taking a bit to build.Pros: gorgeous piece! Wish it was a bigger display. Still so much fun to build! Just look at the photos closely! Not my first build but will be buying more!

Very cute and fun kit!!
I bought this as a Christmas present for myself and am so pleased with the extremely fast shipping! I just got the item in today but I couldn't wait for christmas so I opened it and immediately started working on it. The instructions are very clear (English) and the materials well organized. The little bits and pieces as well as the wood and all that seem to be in good quality and not cheap looking. I am so excited and I can't wait to finish!!

Instructions could be better
This kit was fun to assemble. I wouldn't recommend it for a first time kit. The instructions could be clearer. The pictures are very pixelated and small. Unlike other miniature kit instructions, this one does not contain any larger pictures of the rooms at the end. It can become difficult to figure out what furniture goes where.Overall, it was a good kit but i did have to do a little problem solving to complete it.

Great!
It was a little smaller than expected but still very nice. It comes with everything you need to put your house together. I did buy sperate glue to make sure the structure was a little sturdier. They give you glue but it's like a school glue. I went with a clear more durable adhesive but other than that the kit was exactly what I was hoping for. I finished it within two weeks and now it's done and looks great!

So fun!
Very daunting task for newbies but SO MUCH FUN! I couldn’t stop once I got started. The instructions are easy to follow. I used hot glue which made it much easier albeit “stringy” but I don’t have the patience for the glue haha can’t wait to do more!

GREAT AND FUN PROJECT! Happy with the outcome!
This was great! I had. A lot of fun and thank you for a great detailed instruction booklet. The 4color pictures. easier. Couple parts was missing, but I was able to improvise with other parts I used to have similar project in the past. I will purchase more soon I finished this fairly fast.😀

Dated design and construction
Really? Brown paisley wallpaper from the 70s? Red checkerboard carpets? This could have been so cool but the harder I tried to put it together, the more frustrated I got. The instructions are written for someone who is so experienced that they don't need small images, lame explanations, or any sort measurements. The graphic elements are cheap glossy paper (think used magazines from the library in texture) and the images are poorly rendered and very low resolution. (I could count pixels on the stingray.) My solution for these (and may more) shortcomings was to just to redesign as many things as I could. Scrapbook paper works really well, as do dnd terrain effects and even stickers (for the underwater reef part). The project needs a functional overhaul. It's really made for people who already excel at scrap dollhouse building and crushes the hopes of not so experienced crafters in the process.

Fun project
I've already given mine to my father, so I can't put an image. Everything was included in the package that was stated. You definitely need long needle nose tweezers (not sure if it's the name, got them in a hobby kit) Also I used super glue for a lot of it. Some of the directions are confusing, but managed to figure them out. This took me a month, and sometimes I was doing it for 8 hours a day. It's the first one I ever did, I also have shaky hands at times so that didn't help lol. It was fun though with a little frustration hehe.
