Great encoder for mindexed
Used these Rotary encoders for minidexed works well.

Good value, function well
I bought two sets of these encoders for a hobby electronics project using an Arduino Mega interfaced with FSX via MobiFlight.The encoders have a good, firm feel and positive action. The supplied knobs push-fit tightly to the shafts.The encoders also have a button press function.Each of the encoders are mounted to a small circuit board which makes installation and connections easier. The board’s pins allow you to use Dupont connection wires instead of soldered connections, which is particularly useful for testing.

Works well with CircuitPython rotaryio
Good value for 5 pcs. I plugged one in and it worked well first time on a RP2040 board using CircuitPython rotaryio.IncrementalEncoder. Not sure on the durability yet but happy for now. This will make an excellent volume control on my IO board since I can use the push switch as a 'mute' toggle in addition to volume up & down. The knob looks nicer than the coloured ones you see elsewhere too.
