I could not get this fire to work then l figured out there was no battery in remote control fire is lovely looks good in my apartment you need to state in package remote hand set needs battery

AVOID IF YOU ARE FROM THE UKItem didn’t work, heat element blew up on first use. Did not realise it was not a UK plug as didn’t say anything in description, so had to buy an adapter, then bought logs, have spent money to make this look nice in my home to then find it doesn’t work, large item for hassle of sending back not sure how I’m going to do that when I’m unable to lift it. Complete waste of money.Update on my last review, I have since had a full refund after going through Amazon a-z guarentee, as the item was unreturnable and the seller wouldn’t refund.The seller has since sent me another two fires and confirmed they are unable to accept uk returns. (unsure why they had sent me another 2) but both of the 2 they have sent me do not work either. The one worked but had a big dent in the side then shortly blew after being on, while the other one just didn’t turn on at all. So in total I have 3 unworking fires, and no way of disposing them and will probably have to do this at my own expense. The seller has confirmed they are unable to accept uk returns but still sells to the UK and does ask for returns at your expense when item doesn’t work. AVOID complete waste of time and money

The media could not be loaded. This fire is first class quality and looks really good with the different level of brightness of flames and effects. It has a remote to change the settings. Would recommend. Delivered from Germany quicker than expected. Only warning it has a European plug on it not a UK one

When it’s very cold I put it on or just put the lights,faux flames on looks lovely

This thing looks like a lizard terrarium. There are a few weird sticks in there that are just missing a tarantula or a few snakes. Not worth the money. Feels like a scam. The flue didn't arrive together with it and I'm happy about that, less to carry downstairs to the skip. Wouldn't give it to a charity shop. Absolutely stinking looking.

Perfect size For the space I had for it. Gives out a good heat and lovely realistic flame effect. Love it.

DONT BUY IT. I am a very ill lady with cancer and going through chemotherapy.i just want something to make my living room feel warm on my bad day.WISH I NEVER BOTHERED.i have sent so many messages to this company with nothing back for 3days now.The size is not wot it says on the add mine is 5cm short Cracks all over the glass,it is so loud even when the light is just on and no heartI don't know wot to do if I am honest no one is getting back to me..PLEASE DONT BUY FROM THEM.
