Stretch strap like physical therapy uses
Post hip surgery I went to physical therapy. One of my exercises was to use a strap to stretch my hamstrings. I ordered this item and found it to be a great tool.Most importantly I love the various sectional spaces to place your foot. This allows you to select different angles for stretching . Therefore giving you better options for a good stretch.

Strap Fits My Needs for Moderate Daily Use
Fits my needs as a strap for stretching. You can spend more money for straps that are like the ones at the gym or yoga class, but those are used more frequently so they'd need to be more heavy-duty.
