What is the best size for bobbed hair

I think 3" or 3.3" would be best size for full hair after drying. I also used rollers for about 15 mins after drying. My hair is thinner now, but brush still works well.

I think hair would need to be at least 2/3 inches long before it catches on this brush. Short hairs tend to slide across the bristles so you couldn't put any tension on them for styling. Hope this makes sense!
