These little plastic adhesive bumpers are fantastic. Bottom adhesive is sticky enough and the tops that make contact with the table are tacky enough, that no matter what you do, your table top will not slide. I've had the same ones since 2021 and have never had to replace them with new ones. My desk has a metal frame but a glass tabletop which also goes to show that these bumpers work great on different smooth surfaces. Even when I vigorously clean my glass tabletop, the bumpers prevent the desk from shifting in any direction.

A glass top console table in my house needed new mounts for the glass top. The adhesive is strong and shows no movement after a year. The friction also holds the top in place beautifully and blends in with the existing counter. Would buy again and am comfortable recommending it for its price and performance.
