I’ve had a Bluetooth scale before and it never worked well, never synced with the app and hard to set up. Bought this and worried that the same would happen. But no, it’s so easy to set up and sync to the app and the range of information provided is incredible, for example, weight (of course), bmi, metabolic age, fat free body weight, body water, skeletal muscle, visceral fat etc. it also says whether these values (and more) are high or low. It provides a graph for weight loss and gain too and more than one person can be included. Would recommend if this is the sort of information you are wanting.

I started using these scales to weight my diabetic cat weekly and they have been amazing. I have just sent the link to the diabetic cat group I am in because these have been amazingly useful. You can add many profiles and pull the data out into Excel to produce to vets. Incredible price for such easy to use tech, which can be so useful. Had them over a year and still going strong. Would highly recommend.

I need to lose weight prior to having surgery. I have a mechanical set of scales that...lie!!! So, I got some digital ones. I was concerned that these would be complicated but it took 30 seconds to link to the app and link the app to Samsung fit and Amazon Alexa. Great! Digital display is clear and 2 decimal places!! The info on the app is really clear and takes loads of metrics, BMI, Bone age etc etc.The design is slick black glass, well designed. For the price, outstanding but if kit. (AND takes AAA batteries!!).

I can't believe the amount of technology you can get for around £20.00 on an Amazon Deal. The scales look and feel good gquality.Download the app and connect to the scales.Take your to socks off and step on the scales making sure you feet cover the metal circles. Weight, BMI, body fat levels, muscle content, visceral fat, hydration , bone density and other useful data is transferred to the app. You can set up on their users as well. I do not know how accurate it is, as my weight might be half a kilo outcompared to scales at the gym, but it is certainly good enough to flag up key health matters. The App tells you what the normal range is for your age etc, and if there are any concerns you should see your GP..
