Great rice noodles
These are very good! I soak them in room temperature water for about an hour and they’re ready to use, no need to boil them. Expensive though.

PROS/CONS a LITTLE advice
PROS:PRICE VS QUANTITY - I paid about 18 total (I have Prime so free ship) for SIX boxes. It says there are four servings in a box. I can easily eat two if that is all I am having for a meal, but if you mix in a bit of egg, veggies, unless you're super hungry, yes you could get four servings.QUALITY - I have used Annie Chun's products before and enjoyed them, but hadn't tried this one. Whole grain and a couple ingredients! Hard to beat that.TASTE - Well, for me it's like tofu, whatever you add gives it it's taste. It's VERY bland. You can just add butter and salt, but I can't see eating this on it's own with nothing.VERSATILE - GREAT BASE of just about anything. It's like vermicelli, VERY thin, and you can put just about ANY sauce or just add some butter and veggies. I use it like RAMEN and use Vegebase to spice it up.ONE BIT OF ADVICE, not so much a CON, but this noodles ARE VERRRRY LONG. If you just want to eat half a pkg or even if you want to eat the whole package but don't want a six foot noodle (a slight exaggeration :-), I suggest BREAKING this up over the sink with paper towel or dishtowel in the sink for easy clean up. You'll see what I mean. Otherwise you have BITS of this everywhere.

Great product
These are tasty, easy to make, and healthy, I usually make them with vegetables but have also used them in soups and for spaghetti. Would highly recommend!

Celiac Friendly Noodle
These make a great alternative to rice when making stir fries. They are allergy friendly as they contain no corn or wheat. They are pretty easy to overcook but if that happens, I just throw them in a hot skillet with sesame oil and fry them up a little which gives them a great flavor and texture. Wider noodles or the large flakes are easier to cook properly it seems. They go ok with tomato based sauces as well. Over all, a pretty good product.Update:I never overcook these any more. What I do now is soak the noodles for 1 hour prior to cooking. I guess this step isn't completely necessary but it helps. Then I bring water to a boil. When the water is at a boil, I turn off the heat. I take the noodles out of the soaking water and put them in the hot water for about 1 minute. They come out perfect every time.

So delicious!
I was very skeptical because I have eaten the white rice noodles by Annie Chun for years. I have never been a fan of brown rice, but thought I would give this a try and I am so glad that I did! Great texture, easy to make and very flavorful. I struggle to eat with severe gluten intolerance and gut issues. These noodles are wonderful and I will definitely be purchasing them again.

Gluten free and delicious
I'm on a gluten free diet and have tried all kinds of pasta. Some made spaghetti taste like refried beans, some like cornbread, some like garbanzo beans. These gluten free brown rice pad Thai noodles taste great. They're as close to normal wheat spaghetti pasta as I've ever found. The texture is just right and if you don't overcook them they roll around your fork like the real thing. Be sure you get brown rice not white rice noodles and follow package instructions on preparation. They're always in my pantry. Solid 5 stars.

Can Be Mushy
You have to be careful when cooking these noodles as they can easily get overcooked and mushy. I've begun using another brand which is not as susceptible to overcooking. Aside from that, these noodles taste fine and work well in many different recipes.

Amazing Noodles versatile for different styles of cuisine
I first found these noodles on sale at my local grocery store. They were on clearance and near expiration. Since they were half price, I decided to purchase them and give them a shot. I was blown away. The fiber count on these noodles is no joke. My wife and I regularly polish off a box by ourselves for dinner, and still have some left over to go in the fridge for later in the week. We've used them in Mexican inspired dishes, Asian inspired dishes and Italian inspired dishes. They've worked each time and have provided enough flavor to the meal that they have been truly amazing. I've recommended them to a few friends who have additionally found them to be tasty and versatile. My only complaint about the noodles is when they get up to almost $3.50 a box. It becomes difficult to justify their purchase at that level and often at the grocery store they're usually listed for more than that price. On-line, I can find them in the six pack for around $3 a box, which is a much better deal. They've become a staple at our house and are utilized at least once per week in whatever dish we're looking to add noodles too. They truly provide amazing flavor and are exceptionally filling.
