Took some practice at first, but after the 3rd try -- my rolls came out perfect. The instructional E-book helped my wife and I learn how to use the gadget and reduced the learning curve (please note that the e-book is emailed to you prior to receiving the product and does not come in the package. I was a bit confused when I opened the package but then remembered to check my email for it). It's a fun product to use and the mat is a nice touch because it helps make our rolls look even more compact and presentable when we have company. I give it 5 stars and think it's a must have for any sushi lover!

Bought for cauliflower sushi which worked well when added a thickening agent like psyllium husk. Worked well except the part that you use to keep the two pieces together kept coming undone.

This thing is awesome! Easy to use and quite fun as well. Pack sushi rice in both sides, fill with whatever you want in your sushi, clip together and plunge out a log of sushi. BOOM! Clean up is as easy as rinsing it off. Definitely recommend this! Who knows, maybe rolling sushi freehand is also a piece of cake but the sushi bazooka makes it super simple! Even kids can easily use it.

I used my new Sushi Bazooka last night for dinner- it was even easy enough that my kids could help. The E-book is super helpful since the product directions are in another language. We actually used one of the recipes from the e-book. The product is good quality, easy to use and clean. Quite pleased with the purchase!

Used it once and realized I could do a better job with just the bamboo roller.

Awesome product and easy to use! Glad I went with Empire Premium Products Sushi Bazooka. I really enjoy the add on products of the sushi mat and the instructional guide. The mat is a nice touch and definitely helps make sure that the sushi roll is compact and the instructional ebook was a huge help! For the extra few bucks...it was worth it!

While it did help make a perfectly round, tight roll, the two main pieces kept coming apart while I was trying to close them. It was pretty difficult to hold everything in place while closing it.
