This heating pad is a GAME CHANGER! I bought it on September 27, 2023, and it’s April 28, 2025. It stopped working today, and I panicked because I need it to help with my lower back pain! I use this baby EVERY SINGLE DAY! When I came on Amazon to see when I bought it, I was SHOOK! That’s a whole year and seven months of heavy use! I also came to see how much another one was and how fast I could get it shipped to me! I can’t be without this heating pad! It is HUGE and will hit every spot of your lower back, upper back, abdomen, or whatever is bothering you. It has a long cord so that you won't be tethered to an outlet. It has 12 heat levels (but 12 is the only option for people who are always freezing like me - Haha) and multiple auto time shut off options in 2 hour increments! Although it has various options for time and heat settings, it is easy to use, and the buttons are well labeled! I bought the pink daisy print one, and my 6 year old calls it her heating pad because she thinks it’s so cute! It’s made well and super soft! If they had a blanket like this, I would buy it! I can't believe a heating pad that was less than $30 lasted over a year and a half of daily use. The heating pad gets hotter than any other I've owned and holds the heat equally all over. All in all, this heating pad is an amazing value for the money!

*UPDATE 7/1/24: The seller contacted me and sent a new one. I appreciate that they stood behind their product and did what they could to make it right. Hopefully the first one was just an unusual faulty product.________________________________________________When it worked it was fine. The heating pad was soft and distributed heat as needed. I could control the heat temperature and it had a timer. Unfortunately after 3 uses it just stopped working. At this point it's past the return date. It was delivered March 27, 2024, I used it a few times in April, and when I went to use it the other day (May), it no longer turns on. It feels like a waste of $30.00 and now I need to buy another heating pad.

The heating pad exactly as described. The size is similar to standard pillow size. The material is very soft and holds up to washing. The product heats up quickly, along with being efficient. The heating pad is made of durable materials. I would definitely buy again. I highly recommend the product
