Excellent easy-to-use high quality headset
Got this to replace my wired Plantronics C520 and I wonder why I waited this long to get a wireless headset. It's easy to use and very good sound quality. PROS: * USB-C or USB-A models available (both the PC bluetooth dongle and charging station use USB-C on my model and are USB-A on other models) * Great sound with good noise cancellation that helps drown out my AC * Automatic integration with Windows 10 without installing any special software * Easy to pair with the PC bluetooth dongle (mine is USB-C) and my iPhone 13 * Easy on/off switch to conserve battery and convenient charging stand * Automatically repairs with BOTH the PC dongle (Win10) and my iPhone when turning the headset on and I can payback from EITHER without having to switch or repair anything! I Love this feature * Volume/Pause/Play/Skip/Mute and on/off buttons on headset * Works with Zoom and Teams to answer/hangup/mute/unmute calls & meetings (Note: mine is NOT the "Teams" model so Teams has to already be running) * Can use the headset when plugged into USB power when battery is low * Can use the headset without the bluetooth dongle like a regular wired headset when the headset is plugged directly into a PC USB port. * USB-C model will work with PCs or charging ports that only have USB-A ports if you buy some cheap USB-C female to USB-A male adapters. * Great range on the bluetooth dongle (anywhere in my 2-story 1800sqft house and most of my 1/4 acre property including outbuildings). I find I can increase the reception by plugging the USB dongle into a USB extension cable and mounting it higher up rather than just plugging into the side of my laptop/docking station. CONS: * Wish the volume could go a bit louder, especially in Teams calls, but it's still plenty loud, especially when playing music. * Wish I could swap the Right/Left sound so I can use the microphone on the left side instead of the right side (which you can still do if you don't mind hearing stereo sound come out the wrong earpieces) * Wish I could turn off the annoying phrases the headset says to me when I use it ("Power on", "Battery high", "PC connected", "Pairing", "Phone connected", "Volume Maximum", "Mute on", "Mute off", "Power off", etc.), but at least it's usually drowned out by the louder audio content. [Edit: Apparently you can change the Mute/Volume phrases to be tones by downloading the smartphone app, but not the other phrases] * If you buy the USB-C model and your PC has limited USB-C ports (or the port is covered by a docking station like mine is), you may need to order some cheap USB-C to USB-A adapters so you can use any USB-A port or power source for the bluetooth dongle and/or charging station. * Documentation included in the package is abysmal (only a simple "Start Here" tag attached to the headset with a couple diagrams). Had to download the manual to figure out how to connect and use when I first got it. * Some models don't include the charging station so make sure you get the right one * A bit pricier than similar models. BOTTOM LINE: I highly recommend this headset for anyone who wants to replace their wired headset used for meetings/calls or who wants to listen to music from their PC or phone without having to constantly re-pair devices.

The perfect headset
Since 2020, I have been trying to find a suitable headset or headphones to utilize for remote work. I’ve tried wired headsets, wireless Bluetooth earbuds, and a few wireless headsets. This headset is far and away the best one I’ve used and I’m glad I have finally settled on a headset to keep. Pros - physical mute button on mic arm; seamlessly integrated with Zoom - ability to connect to Bluetooth source and PC source simultaneously - stand/charging dock is well made and sturdy - comfort, even after several hours of usage, no fatigue - wireless range, seems to work even from far away, I can leave my desk to go to the kitchen and not lose connectivity My favorite feature is how seamless it switches between Bluetooth audio on my iPhone (Spotify / Apple Music) to Zoom when I need to join a call. Launching the Zoom meeting immediately switches the headset to Zoom and you get an audio notification “microphone muted”. I don’t see any true downsides or “cons” to this headset. Maybe it’s pricier than some other brands, but you’re getting an enterprise quality headset as a result.

Absolute Dog Excrement
I've had this thing for just under 2 years now, and had tried no less than 6 other headsets of all different brands before this. In the end, they all sucked in one way or another, this one worked half-decently, and I was just too tired to keep looking. I should note that I use this mostly to connect to my Macbook Pro, for conference calls on Teams, and to listen to music and movies on my computer... First, the good: The headset is pretty comfortable (nice padding) and lightweight, and the battery life is great. I'm on this thing nonstop all day long, and have never come close to running out of battery. And the range is as good as any Bluetooth headset available. Sound quality is not going to impress anybody, but it's not bad, and fine for my purposes (bass is better than most when listening to music). And the noise canceling works fairly well...I have a super-clicky keyboard, and nobody ever knows I'm even typing, although some small part of this is also down to the software noise canceling built into meeting apps like Teams. I preferred this headset over its big brother, which has a short, solid boom mike, because I wanted to be able to position the mic right in front of my mouth. But the bad... The mute button, the MOST IMPORTANT BUTTON, worked for about 2 months after I got it, then worked intermittently for about another month. Then hasn't worked at all. This makes it nearly impossible to walk around the house while on a call... I either have to leave the mic on and hope I don't make any noise, or I have to run back to my computer every time I need to talk. This is endlessly frustrating. Connectivity also sucks. I keep the thing fully updated with all the firmware updates, but in the last 4 or so months, I have many issues where the headset shows as being connected, but no sound comes through. I have to fiddle with all the components, turning the headset and the computer settings on and off for several minutes to get it working, and sometimes sound will come through for 2 seconds before cutting out again. I am a software coder and have built lots of computers, so this is not a problem of a luddite having issues with tech. I thought for a while that it was due to my 5 year old Macbook, but I just recently got a brand new MacBook Pro with M3 Max, and the problem persists. Plantronics used to be top-of-the-line for this type of equipment. Those days are long gone. Stay away.

Perfect headset for the office and on-the-go
My team loves the Voyager 4320 UC wireless headset that I got them. I personally have one and have been using the same model for over a year now, although it's a USB-A version and not the newer USB-C version, all functions are the same. The feedback I got from all my 6 guys were positive, easy to use, easy to update, easy to set-up, clear sound, and 0 distortion. The volume button is easy to operate, and the center "Alexa/Siri" function is a plus to some that uses it. The headset is very comfortable, the heads of my team differs from one another. Some are wider than normal, some are just wide and a couple of narrow ones. The USB-C easily connects with their Surface tablet for easy charging when working away from their desks. All of us love the quick docking charger with charging light indicator. Overall, it's an easy to operate headset.

Great headset!
It’s a great headset if you are looking for a noise canceling microphone. It filters out the noises, and people on the other end can hear you well. It is very lightweight and comfortable to wear. Great battery life. You can customize the options it using the Plantronics hub software. The only concern I see with this headset is it doesn't have auto power off even if it is idle for a while. Overall, this is a perfect headset for meetings and listening to music.

USB A Dual-Ear (no stand, non Teams version)
**Edit 1.5.22** I returned this because the auto volume was too stressful. **Original review** Honestly a solid 3 star product. I wanted to give it more, I wanted to be in love with this, but it is so aggravating. I'm using this with Avaya, and anyone that also uses Avaya knows its main goal in life is to make your shift as frustrating as possible. I'm using this with a thin client, as I work from home. I was using a gaming headset which was fine but I didn't like being wired or the bulk. So enter me paying $160 for this. -It is so comfortable. My ears don't get hot. It doesn't squeeze on my ears or top of my head. I really think Plantronics went above and beyond with the padding on this one. -It is not a plug and play, as I tried to do first. I installed the software, changed my system settings. I had the most god awful connection and choppy calls. The mute button did not work initially,, I thought it was but received no feedback from the headset or computer thay it did.. actually didn't know until a customer said bless you after a sneeze,, and I had been using this for 3 days prior to that, so it was pretty mortifying that customers may have heard the coughs and stuff. -I actually had a return started until I decided to download the app to my phone and mess around with it there. So do that, btw, because it needed an update that I could not do on my thin client, because it is an rdt situation. -After messing around with the app on my phone and the update, the headset now tells me when it's powered on, when it's connected, how much battery is left and when I am muted or not. Also if I try to talk when I am muted it tells me I am muted. **What I hate the most about this is the fricken auto volume. If I am not paying attention to my computer/avaya, I will not know a call has come in until I hear someone on the other end. Sometimes legit not at all. The volume will turn down when a call is over and up when another one comes in but the volume coming back up is unreliable. There have been times its automatically turned all the way down on a call and I don't notice until I see the speaker at the bottom of my screen with an X icon. No amount of messing with the app changes this and there are no system settings to adjust either. -My customers can barely hear me, even with HD voice activated. Again, nothing on the app can assist and my system mic volume is set to 100 with the mic almost inside of my mouth. Both of those last things suck and the only reason this gets 3 stars. Hopefully a patch at some point, please? Obviously I cancelled my return request. I'm going to keep it because the issue with mute was resolved. I love being wireless and I'm happy to have a quality device that works with Avaya- Even if it is so-so.

Good Wireless Headset with Good Mic Noise Cancellation
The noise cancelling is pretty good on this. When i'm in a busy cafe, the recipients are still able to hear me well. I like that it is usb-c too, so it connects to modern computers and phones. I looked at a lot of reviews and ended up picking this one as a balance for cost and features. I would recommend this for anyone working and taking calls all day.
