I really like this necklace. It's very simple, but the small details make it stand out. I get compliments on it all the time. I've had it since June, and it hasn't changed color (just for a point of reference).

I’ve received numerous comments while I wore this with the same question from those people: where’d you buy it. Also, great ice breaker! It looks great with my scrubs, but it also looks great with jeans & a v-neck. I originally bought it to remind myself to push through nursing school & to not give up. I also gifted this to my cousin who’s also on the same path as me. I’ve had it for a couple months now, & it still looks brand new - no tarnishes. If you’re thinking about it, I definitely recommend it, whether it be for you or for someone else!

I wear this chain every day. Haven’t taken it off, not to sleep bathe, go in the pool, beach. You can see my other reviews and will see that i have it in all my pictures. To the day i still get compliments on it. My patients ask my if i bought it because of the specialty i work in (Cardiac Nurse), but they laugh when i tell them that i got it wayy before i even became a nurse! My coworkers joke about if it’s a-fib or a-flutter lol. It catches everyone’s attention, and when they ask me where i got it, no one believes me that it cost me 10 bucks on amazon! 😂

Bought this as a Christmas gift for a friend who is a doctor, and she absolutely loves it! She wears it to work everyday, and continues to receive compliments on it every week. I was afraid because of the cheap price, the gold plating might wear off quickly after prolonged daily use, but so far it appears to be holding up quite well after 3 months. If it ever does begin to wear out, I would buy another one again, especially for this price.

This necklace is beautiful! It’s petite in size but the heartbeat line is really the perfect size. It feels very fragile and I’m almost afraid that if I bend the heartbeat it will break however why would I bend it? So it’s still getting 5 stars because it’s really so beautiful and after wearing it once, I got several compliments!

Bought it for my mother-in-law, who is a hospice nurse, as a little token of affection and appreciation. She loved it, says it sits well on the neck and she recognized it as a perfect heart beat. I wish it would have came in a little box though, It was shipped with a Will Smith Cd (kinda as a joke gift) and she said didn't see the necklace in the box and thought we just sent the Cd... Luckily we were on the phone with her while she opened the package.. I would have paid extra for it to arrive in a little jewelry box.

Very nice. Shiny. I've been reordering this style for years. Never really take it off. Good for medical personnel or as a gift for your female heartthrob. This particular one would be nice to be just a tad bit longer so it'd show outside of my scrubs. Somehow It likes staying inside under. Simple but eye-catching

Nice necklace, however, there's no pink jewellery box as shown in the product images. Comes in a cheap cellophane package.
