Good response dealing with defective item

I've had the same La Fuma for more than 20 years and when I am in pain, there is no more comfortable place to be. I have loved it. Because it has a strip of reinforced holes sewn onto the sides of the cushion, (grommet like, as with shoes that lace) I have been able to replace (multiple times) the four elastics which attach the cushion to the frame. The chair I bought recently is absolutely just as comfortable. My one ding is that the cushion now has hard plastic pieces (like clips) that fasten it to the frame. It remains to be seen how long the plastic holds up, but I don't think I'd be able to repair it. My one other note is that people taller than 5'9" find the chair too short for them.

This is my second Lafuma chair and they don't disappoint. Great build quality. Very comfortable.

This is the most padded version that I've ever had. The other 2 have supported me for over 20 years including getting me through several back surgeries. I looked at different brands this time but was afraid to take a chance on a cheaper model. I use my chairs inside and they are the most comfortable I own. If the worst thing you can say about a chair is that it's so comfortable, it makes you want to sit longer, that's hardly a problem. I nap in them all the time. I have had to replace the laces on my old Lafumas twice each. This chair has a new/different system for attaching the cushion so I don't know how long it will last and how easy/hard it will be to replace.

Over the years, I have sat in and admired Lafuma recliners, yet never bought one because I don't go to the beach often. Then I had the idea to place one in my bedroom to watch TV. Mine is black and padded which would be hot in the sun but OK indoors. Super comfortable. So comfortable that sometimes I fall asleep. A nice problem to have.

I still have two Lafuma zero gravity chairs I acquired in the 1990s, but I wanted to get one of the new ones because of the comfortable padding. These are heaven!!!! I have the old ones in strategic places but this one is in my study by the living room, where I can rest or use my laptop when sitting at a desk is less pleasant. Love the color. Love the zero gravity. Love the comfy padding.

I bought 2 recliners and then I bought two of these 0 gravity chairs. They are as comfortable as the recliners if not more. These are the best travel chairs I own.
