I typically would wear a size small in maternity pants. I got an xtra small in these pants after reading the reviews. At 34 weeks pregnant, I’m 5’5’’ and around 153#, the xtra small pants fit great, and I expect they will continue to fit for the duration of my pregnancy. Great quality as well!
