Battery issue for the unit After 6 month use , Jbl replaced the damaged unit with upgraded model

This is really worst product I ever use it before as one of the earbud is not getting charged sometimes not working also. Please think twice before buy this product. I bought this product last month only (May 2024) but within 2 months problem started. I'm surprised that how JBL is making such a worst product like this. I really upset with JBL products.😔

if you are looking for deep bass and high quality sound with JBL and HARMAN signature , this is the right earphones for you , but don't expect to get the whole package with this price range, noise cancellation it very weak even the quality of phone calls in street is very bad and if play music most loudly you will hear street noise. so again if you like a great deep bass like me then go for it because i don't care that mush about nc issue as long as i'm listening to JBL deep bass ....

All thing is good am satisfied but the case open in on small touch, every time its open and buds some time loose in the case thatswhy not charging some times

I purchased this item from Amazone.ae for my cousin, he is in kazakhstan, I tested one time ,it was working, then I sent to kazakhstan, it was worked 1 day, then the next day One side is not working, Now I am trying to return this item, it is showing This item is no longer eligible for return. Kindly give me a solution, I am living in Dubai, and the product is in kazakhstan. I need a full refund or replacement ASAP. Thank you.

I decided to order new earbuds after my previous earbuds battery started to drain so fast and only last 4 hours of usage. But that was okay because I have used them for more than 4 years. So I started looking for a new ones and my main goal was to find with the longest lasting battery. I found JBL Tune 230. I was so excited that they last 40+8 hours in total. I ordered them in October 12 and they arrived on Oct 31. I was fascinated by the quality of them compared to the price. They are almost perfect if it wasn't for low audio volume. The volume is decent but I wish if it got higher. But here is the disappointing part... the battery. It was advertised that the battery lasts 40+8 hours but upon using them I found it that wasn't even nearly accurate. The case would lose battery without using my earbuds. And when I take my earbuds off the case, the case would still lose battery. I charged it to 100% 10 hours ago and I used them for 2 hours max and the case battery is already at 67%. I honestly don't know if I'm facing an issue with my earbuds or this is the norm.

Estou usando a uma semana e até agora está tudo perfeito. A bateria é surpreendente, uso todo dia +/- umas 5 horas por dia e só precisei carregar a case 3 vezes durante essa semana. A case carrega muito rápido, em média de 1 hora e meia eu acho. Sobre a qualidade de áudio, n decepciona, nem mesmo nós graves. Achei MT bom, mas quando vc ativa a opção "Bass" no equalizador, ele perder bastante agudo, mas em contra partida, realça bem os graves, principalmente entre 30hz a 80hz, ele é bem Sub grave, achei q nós funks ele perde um pouco do desempenho, mas tem como consertar dando um ganho nos 60hz e 100hz, aí fica ótimo pra funk. Enfim, acho q esse fone foi uma das minhas melhores aquisições até agora, vale muito o preço.

The product looks and feels high quality. They dont often need charging and the sound is really good.
