I received this product and although it says two semicircles together make a whole, I received two that absolutely do no match or align?

You are correct. I received 1 circle complete. 2 semi circles of a different pattern

Would the adhesive work on a car?

Sure. However, it can only be decorated. It will fall off when it rains and is exposed to the sun. It is more recommended for indoor use.

Would like to know if they come in all one piece do not want half

There are four semicircles, two of which are the same so that you can make a full circle. Our products are very easy to fight, easy to stick and tear, semi-circular style. You can stick the diameter along the edge of the furniture, very cute.
