Great RAM kit DDR4 (4GBx4) White Camo
This review is for the Ballistix Sport LT 16BB Kit, (4GBx4) DDR4 2400.As the Crucial Ballistix memory line is from Micron, one of the large RAM chip suppliers, you usually get great quality RAM modules. This particular kit, (in the White Camo color) was no exception. This particular RAM kit was on the QVL list for the ASUS X99 Pro USB 3.1 Motherboard, and this RAM worked from the get go. I did not even have to set the XMP profile in the BIOS, rather the RAM natively came up at 2400 frequency, which was great. If you are into tweaking the RAM timings for Overclocking or tightening up latency, I am sure this RAM has some great capabilities. For now, I am leaving it at 2400, as I am at present using this for an HTPC set up, and I am not sure the extra RAM performance would help a great deal. The RAM modules are working great. I have to add that the White Camo color of these RAM modules, being used on the ASUS X99 Pro USB 3.1, (or any Motherboard with White color), looks really great. The RAM stands out against a black background, rather than being somewhat invisible against a black background.Last, I can see from the number of reviews here and the ratings, that this RAM is going to be a pretty safe bet for your new or upgraded build. If you do not need to overclock your RAM modules to the bleeding edge of stability, you would have a hard time going wrong by buying this RAM kit.

Got the Amazon Warehouse Deals "Used" Option, it was good
Despite knowing that sometimes Amazon Warehouse Deals can be returned items that might not be in the best condition (or even a different item that was maliciously returned by a customer that swapped in an old item into the original product box) I was skeptical about buying the "used" Warehouse Deal version of this ram stick, even though it was a lot cheaper than buying it new.To my pleasant surprise, not only did I get the right product, but it was in great condition. The packaging was a little damaged (especially the two nubs that seal the plastic package) but the ram itself was pristine. It looked exactly like the other one I bought new. If there was cosmetic damage on the product itself, I couldn't see it, and since it's just going inside my case and will stay there, it wouldn't matter much even if there was a scratch or two. It's in my case and running now in dual channel configuration with my other stick of ram, and the performance is quite good. I just have it on XMP Profile 1, which gives it a CAS Latency of 16, which is reasonably good, especially for this price and speed.Note that I'm using an Intel i5-9400F, which is less ram speed sensitive than an AMD Ryzen CPU, which requires 3000 to 3200 mhz (or higher, but 3000 to 3200 is the sweet spot) in a dual channel configuration to reach its potential. 2666 is the maximum speed that a B360 motherboard supports with my CPU, so that's what I got. This is the first time I've bought and used Crucial memory (knowingly at least, I'm sure they supply ram to at least some OEM's) but it's quite good. They're definitely a brand name worth considering, like Kingston or Corsair.

Works perfectly with XMP settings with my Asus Q370 based motherboard.
No problem with Crucial's Ballistix memory.I'm not doing any real stressing of my memory. I simply pick XMP in the UEFI BIOS, and that's it. I'm not trying to get every last drop of blood out of my DRAM, but I do like the simple process of choosing a performance setting; it's almost as simple as plug and play.I bought 2 of these 16GB Ballistix modules over time, and they work perfectly together. I'm still waiting for 2 other modules to arrive. Sometimes I have to change around which modules go in which DRAM slot, but I always get them to work; I've been building computers for a loooong time--almost 30 years.I like the Asus Q-series motherboards because Asus upgrades the BIOS for many years; I don't know how many really, but it seems like maybe 8 or more years.

Love this ram. Overclockable. Will be buying more for future builds.
These are well worth the price. As with any ram they run at stock 1666mhz until you go in to the bios and enable XMP. Than they will run at 2333mhz, I have successfully overclocked my 2x4gb kits in which I have two kits installed so 4x4gb stick kits are running at 3000mhz. I have not been able to get more. But paired with my Ryzen 5 1600AF Zen+ 12nm cpu it is a great kit. I use this machine as my daily gaming and video editing and encoding station for my YouTube channel. I have been using it for 2 months now and I am very happy with the way these are functioning, and the reliability of them with the PC running 24/7.

Pretty decent
I got these back when I built my first cpu and DDR 4 was still pretty new. The speeds are good for most things creative content related. I just recently started gaming more and I've noticed some slow down. I boosted the output and they are doing fine on COD BO6. There are other versions with higher speeds and I would suggest those for long term and for rendering in Adobe. Overall solid. Next time I'll get RAM with higher speeds for future proofing.

Not bad, but be ready to tweak mobo bios
I bought the Crucial Ballistix Sport LT 2666 MHz DDR4 DRAM Desktop Gaming Memory Kit 32GB (16GBx2) CL16 to speed up video rendering on a ASRock H370M-ITX/ac motherboard. Note that the the 'M' in this motherboard means you can't really overclock the RAM - the top speed is fixed at 2666hz. Which is fine, I wasn't planning to overclock. At first, the motherboard wouldn't reboot with the new RAM. I depowered everything, reset the RAM, and the H370M board recognized the ram at a lower speed, 2133hz. I downloaded Crucial's R.O.M. utility to get the RAM timings for 2666hz -- 16-18-18-38 at 1.3hz (x2) and 1.2V. Note that in the ASRock BIOS this you would just tweak the frequency to 2666hz and the primary timings to 16, 18, and 38 to do this. Nothing else needs to be touched. The RAM is running fine, verified by Speccy. I may run stress tests later, but since I'm following recommended specs and everything is working fine I don't feel this is critical.Would definitely buy the RAM brand again. The motherboard? I bought it for it's small form factor but I will get a more unclockable mobo for my next build.
