I have folliculitis related to perimenopause, so while it won’t make it go away completely, it significantly improves the symptoms and makes them much more manageable. I’ve been using it: • After a shower before bed for overnight relief • On curly hair days when the texture hides the slight residue it leaves If you have straight hair, keep in mind the minimal residue can make it look oily faster, so bedtime use works best. I’ve been troubled by heat-related scalp itchiness for a few years. Finally found this product that relieves it immediately! It smells light of mint and tea tree oil, has a bit of a tingle for a few minutes after applying, but the itch stops almost immediately. The small dropper top makes application easy. Highly recommend it!

This treatment really works! I started getting dandruff in my mid 40's, when I had a job that most of the time had a fair amount of stress. When I left that job after 17 years, the condition was gone after 2 weeks. I attributed it to the stress. Ten months later I started working again, more stress, the giant flakes came back. Something that's making a difference! I have found that If I use it every other day throughout the week, it is most effective. (I am bald on top of my head.) That ounce of treatment lasts up to 2 weeks for me. At $12.00 an ounce, that works for me!! From having a blizzard of giant flakes on my shoulders every morning to almost ZERO flakes! That's exciting!! Will it cure it? I don't know. I will say this, it looks like we are headed that direction. Thank you DERMA E, I wish I had you 20 years ago!

Good serum by itself but pretty much useless if the dropper can’t even suck the liquid properly in the first place. Good effects, bad physical product design.

Love the cooling, tingly sensation. I like that it does not leave your hair feeling sticky or oily. I noticed immediate itch relief. It smells good.
