I burn a lot of frankincense every day resin so this is very useful. It is easy to empty and keep clean every other day i give it a good scrubbing. But it disseminates the smoke well as it burns at a high eat very quickly. Probably not a good idea if you have very sensitive smoke alarms in a small house so you have to make sure the pieces you put on the charcoal are about the size of a pea. But it’s not bad looking has enough weight to ground itself and it burns well. I’d recommend it.

I purchased one for myself years ago, and recently purchased a 2nd one for my mum as a gift. Absolutely love the quality and design of this, have had so many complements everyone always asks where it’s from! Well worth the price.

It looks exotic, nicer than the illustrations. I've just got it going for the first time (it was a gift) and it was really easy: no problem with airflow. It is lightweight yet stable so I feel confident that it is safe to use anywhere.

once i learned how to slow down the the charcoal burning and hold the heat down a bit, i can now slow burn my incense or burn it fast depending on my requirement, this burner looks as beautiful as i hoped it would , i absolutely love it, there are various u tube vids to learn how to get the best from burning charcoal by using ash and salt !

This product does look very nice in the home the only downfall is once the bakhoor is burned out the lid sticks and have to apply some force to remove it

The first charcoal burner I received was faulty but after contacting the company they sent me a replacement straight away which works absolutely fine and I have now used it and think that it is absolutely amazing for the job I initially ordered it for. So if you want a product that you can use to sage yourself and your house without it causing any burn marks or singed areas to your carpets, household items and your furniture then this is the one for you. As previously I have used a white sage stick with a shell and feather but whilst I am using it I have always managed to get hot ash falling on the floor or on my furniture unintentionally . So I needed to look for an alternative solution that would work more effectively to cleanse my home and myself but not damage my home. So I wanted to let you all know that I have found the solution to fix all my previous issues I encountered with this one fantastic purchase. Honestly can’t recommend it enough.

I loved my incense burner, it is great and the tongs that come with it are so helpful as well! I just wanted to say that the seller is so kind and helpful, after my mum accidently chucked away the small plate that goes inside, the seller kindly sent another one for free within a few days of me messaging. I would definitely recommend and buy from them again :)

Simply beautiful & well made. I’d burn the coal with the lid off. No need to cover the lid was super hot to touch. I’d buy this again.
