Beware, I was charged for Return Shipping.
I Googled a running shoe for knee pain and this was one of the top least expensive shoes. After two meniscus surgeries I have knee pain after running. I was surprised w how lightweight and supportive this shoe is. It's a neutral shoe but it provides great arch support( I have a medium arch). I've been using it primarily as a treadmill shoe, I use a Asics Nimbus & Brooks GTS w more cushioning for my outdoor runs. But lately it has been doing double duty as an around the house shoe because its lightweight & comfortable. I wear an 11.5 and the fit was good, w a thumb space at the toe.I took away 2 stars because this shoe states it's Free Return but when I tried to return a larger size( purchased 2 diff. sizes), the seller charged me over $5.00 for the return shipping. When I mentioned the free return I was told that, "The return shipping cost is listed in the details (meaning, "the fine print"). I thought this was very misleading. Please beware.

Two thumbs up from a marathoner
I'm a heavy runner that typically does 40-55 miles per week, and these are honestly some of the most lightest and comfortable shoes I've ever worn. I typically run in Brooks or Salomon brand shoes, but I decided to give Saucony a try as a first timer. They fit just right without feeling narrow and tight on the sides. You won't realize that they're even on your feet from being so light, yet the support is there. I've also had zero problems with the laces. 4.5/5 and two thumbs up.

I don't run. I like these.
Saucony are funny, most are great, but some are not. Having recently had a couple pairs that were not great, I was about to give up on the brand. Happy to say these restored my faith. Very comfortable, lots of support. Arch support is good. Like most people who buy "running shoes", I do not run. I just needed a pair of sneakers for doing things that middle aged people do in them. Walk. Go to the store. Run around with the kids. Wear to the beach or pool. So i cannot say if they are good running shoes. If something ever starts chasing me, and I have to run, then i will know. For an everyday pair of sneakers, I love them.

Great shoes. Fit small.
I like these shoes, good quality at a good price, but they fit small. I am a size 11 in everything but with these shoes in a size 11 my toes actually make contact with the end of the toe box. Happily the return policy is very good and I am returning them to exchange for a size 11.5. Hopefully I won't need a 12!! TBD.Edit to Add: The 11.5 fit great and I really like the shoes. I suggest checking to see if the European size is correct for you. IN these shoes the size US11 were a EUR45. Most size US11 shoes are a EUR46. I think Saucony's conversion is the root of the sizing problem.

Best Running Shoe For The Money By Far
These are the best made running shoes for the money by far. Myself and an the other runners in the family have been using the Saucony Cohesion for more than a decade. They are no frills but feel more comfortable and cushioned than any other brand. They are not too heavy. They are "neutral" meaning not for pronators or supinators. We have had no injuries from these and the various family members run between 20 and 85 MPW. The price cannot be beat and adjusted for inflation they seem to get cheaper every year. I will take these 35 dollar pair over any 150 dollar bells and whistle model any day of the week.

Came covered in pet hair
The insides of the pair I got came covered in dog or cat hair. I don't have pets, so it wasn't from me. The soles don't look worn, so I guess someone returned them after trying them on. Doesn't effect the shoe, but still kind of gross to get "new" shoes and have them covered in hair.I am familiar with Saucony's sizing, so I knew what size to order. Yes, they do run small. I'm a woman who hates the colors that most women's running shoes come in, so I buy men's. My foot is a size 7 1/2 (women's), but I buy a 7 1/2 in Saucony Men's due to them running small. Pro: they are well-ventilated and light. Con: zero arch support and very little cushioning. If you can get them on a good sale, they are worth it for me since I always put inserts in my running shoes.

Best Shoes I've ever had. I've bought 5 Pair.
I found the Cohesion line about a year ago. I have been a Brooks fan for a while, but found some Cohesion 9 shoes on sale and figured, for this price, why not. Well, they were the most comfortable shoes I've ever owned. I went out and bought 3 more pair. Then I found these trail runners and thought I'd give them a try. Well, they are just as comfortable and light weight. They just have more traction. Very happy with them. For reference, I have medium arches, and medium width feet. I tend to over pronate, and I get pain in my heel and sometimes my arches. These shoes get rid off all that pain along with a huge reduction in knee and back pain. It's amazing what the right pair of shoes can do for you, and these are the right pair for me.

Virtually no support but corrected with proper insoles
I've been wearing Saucony running shoes for over 20 years, both for exercise and general purpose footwear: all have been excellent. Not this shoe. I wore them for a few hours and quickly changed the insole to a new insole that I have been using for five years to increase support. The new insole improved the shoe but not enough to prevent my plantar fascitis from flaring again. There is too much lateral movement even with heavy wool socks and properly laced. These are going in the trash.Update: My wife was not having me waste $$ on the purchase and had me change to a different insole. She opined that the insole that I used on other running shoes may not work well with these and she was correct. After languishing in my closet I tried a SofComfort insole for plantar fascitis in these shoes. It has been very effective and I have had no other flare-ups since the SofComfort insoles were installed. The other insole was a generic "sports" insole that was effective on other shoes but not on these Saucony shoes. I gave four stars because I had to spend $12 on the upgraded insoles.

Excellent
Bought for running. I had been suffering from Iliotibial band syndrome and this trainer was recommended. No problems with knee since I started using it. Very good support. Highly recommended.

Solid pair of training running shoes
Great quality, strong support trainers. Could only give an extra mark as I'd rank my sketchers as an even better pair of running shoes at a similar cost.

Comfortable and durable
I'm on my fourth pair, they are excellent all-round trainers, great for everyday wear.

comode
