In theory yes, but I personally would upgrade to a d'addario or something of similar quality. I purchased these and returned them to to poor craftsmanship.

Will these work on scarlet solo?

These will fit any ¼ inch jack. It's like a guitar jack. If your gear has ¼ inch input/outputs, it will work.
