Superior product but....

I had this bag for years. Initially for the first 2/3years it was working more than fine. This is bearing in mind that I am only using it in an erratic English summer and an occasional holiday abroad. However the gel pack has packed up now and no longer works. When I put it in cold water, it no longer puffs up. So obviously you cannot used it hundreds of times. The outer bag still keep its good looks though.I am buying another gel pack and a Medactiv Easybag single from MedActiv France as it is no longer available in England at great cost!
