I have been using this product since 2018 for many reasons. Cost effective, proper break out of amino acids (2:1:1 ratio), calls out ALL ingredients (no sleazy proprietary blends) and no recalls like overpriced trash other brand that does the opposite.I am a CPT and have been since 2018 and I feel safe recommending this supplement to my clients when they want an energy drink supp because I am not an elitist or purist.Hey, its better than the alternative, right? I don't want too much caffeine prior to a work out so this product is exactly what I was looking for. The taste is great - not too sweet at all. And the results are good! I find there is a noticeable difference with recovery and workout effectiveness when I use the product. The energy boost is not extreme at all but it definitely gets me moving. It caused no stomach upset what so ever. The powder dissolves quickly and completely. I only use it on work out days. It is also a great way to mix other unflavored powders like creatine in to it.

I've used other products by evl and they are all very good quality!! I really appreciate the quality of the bcaa!! Today I woke up very early in the morning which would normally kill my workout!! I just did such a big chest workout using this, even doing cardio right now!! Normally I probably wouldn't do as much. I did four extra big exercises that I normally don't get too so this greatly helped. I normally use the xtend brand but I had a much better workout using this!! I also felt the xtend one ended up making me go to the bathroom a lot. The products they make are really good quality and I really recommend them. I've used a lot of different supplement and this has to be one of the best!! I'll keep buying it just because of how much my workout improved today on the first use!!

EVL’s green apple has great flavor. Definitely not that medicine or artificial taste some powders have. This has been a good combo to get my amino acids with a boost of energy that lasts through the day. I don’t get a crash and it’s not hard to fall alert at night.

I am nearing 70 and still walk my 2 to 4 rounds of golf each week. Leg cramps and lack of focus were lurking always until I found BCAA. I take one scoop in water before and after each round.
