What a great articulation of the Millennial generation. Javier does a great job of bridging the gap and relating the Millennial generation to an audience that seemingly doesn't get us.

Insightful. And not just for the Work World boss! My copy has been passed from parent to parent to parent - of Millennials. They're trying to figure out what makes them tick too and have found this book very helpful. Montez's explainations and reasoning is sensible and direct. If there are Millennials in your life that stump you, this book just might explain it all for you.

No theories or studies: pure experience that can be leveraged right away. The chapter on the hiring process is worthwhile the book itself

The content is very useful though after the half of the book it is repeated and repeated. It could be shorter.
