Strings I missing and glass was chipped in one of the frames. It was an open package, sold as new

The media could not be loaded. The open, incomplete package, was sold as new. Glass was chipped on one of the frames. I will ask for refund.

Frames are NOT 8x10

Received as a gift from my husband. The frames are actually 10x12, not 8x10 as indicated. This is extremely disappointing as I had to purchase ridiculously priced matte backings so my 8x10 photos will fit in these frames.
