Bent my OEM clip on and couldn’t find a replacement within a reasonable price. Found this and take a look at the comparison with OEM this is just as good. Only difference is the finish on OEM is powder coated vs this is more of an anodized finished. Removed the drag bars (which I had until I found a replacement for the clip ons). Overall happy with quality, price and fit.

Work like they should. Dimples for HD controls and clamp nicely on my 2007 Sportster with 39mm forks.

I like the bars a lot. Unfortunately, I didn't do enough research before I purchased them. I won't be able to use them. I bought them for a 99 Honda Shadow vlx Deluxe. I seen a lot of pictures and they look really cool. But it's just changed the rideability so much.

If you don’t have torque wrenches…stop here…go buy some, then order this.With that out of the way…I love these clip on bars. Let’s start first with the clamp itself. These 55mm fit perfect on a Harley-Davidson Sportster Roadster XL1200CX with inverted forks. The milling is really nice and the aluminum feels dense and solid. The actual bars are also solid with a divet milled out to route your cables coming out of the controls and the end of the bars are bored out approxialy 2.5”-3” deep to allow for mounting 1” bar end mirrors. Since HD doesn’t make this size anymore I do recommend these and for the price, it’s a no brainer. Take the chance because for me it was absolutely worth it and if it isn’t…well you’ll still didn’t pay the Harley tax of it being over $100 minimum.

VERY DANGEROUS!!!!! When I was installing the bars I noticed the bars were still moving so I tightened the first bolt a quarter turn and felt it completely strip. I'm so glad I didnt ride because the other bolts did the same thing. Metal is to soft for the vibrations that handlebars take. DO NOT BUY THESE!!!

Love them!!! Direct Fitment for my 2003 shadow spirit 750. Just make sure you put them on the right way. Only one side of the clamp is threaded the other side is not. Make sure the angle of the clipons is facing downward, made the mistake of putting them upside down and they didn’t bite they kept sliding. Once I put them on right they bit and held firmly. I will however suggest to get stainless screws from hardware store as over time the aluminum screws will most likely not hold on very well. Highly recommend them for any cafe or bobber projects!!!

I simply bought these for the bars. (The replacement bars were $20 a piece and I could get two 1" bars for $35 with this kit.) If you need the 1" bars for a tube clamp that accepts 7/8" bars, these are perfect. The bar is 1" but reduced to 7/8" at the clamp point. (I have a 2002 Honda Shadow 1100. That bike has 41mm tubes and needs 41mm clamps. Simply buy both sets, the 41mm clamps with 7/8" bars and the 39mm clamps with 1" bars. It's cheaper than finding 41mm clamps with 1" bars. If I get lucky I can sell these 7/8" bars and 39mm clamps to someone else.)
