Im not sure it is designed to be refillable but i bet there is probably a way to pop the roller out and refill it.

Is the bottle made of plastic or glass?

Glass...I've dropped the bottle at least once possibly 2x and it hasn't shattered.

Nice oil, doesn't roll on well

The cuticle oil smells and feels nice. The rollerball doesn't work as well I was hoping - it is hard to get as much out as I would like to use. I have a different brand with a metal rollerball that seems to work better.
