Great guide to mind control!
This book is a good guide for controlling your mind, your thoughts and how you feel about certain things. I'm always looking for ways to improve myself and this book was a good help. It's really interesting how our mind works and can be used in our favour or against us. This book provides you with steps and ideas on how to better yourself and control your mind. It is well written and I enjoyed reading it.

Great Book!
I'm always looking to improve myself and this book delivers on what it promises. I really liked the info on the science about how the mind works and how it can used for or against us. The chapters are easy to read and have awesome "Action Steps" at the end, so you know exactly what to do. I'd recommend this book to anyone that wants to level up their life and actually get sh*t done! Awesome book!

Worked for me
This new book by Allan Acklin showed me that taking care of my brain (and developing my mind power) is important - and can be remarkably easy. I just followed his guidance and can now say that I have achieved the objectives I set for myself. I would recommend this book to anyone - especially if they are not satisfied with where they are in life. Jake

Well written and the chapters are in good sequence, this book tells you how to control your mind, how your mind works when you are sad, how your mind feels when you are happy. how to ready your mind to focus your goals.

Amazing!
I am sooo happy i've found this wonderful book! If you're like me and want to improve yourself but don't know where to start, then this book is for you!!!Really helping you stay focused and push yourself to be the best you that you can be, this book will take you on a fantastic inner journey and you will learn a lot about yourself and whatever you put your mind too. I have learned how to focus on one thing at a time as i've found myself quite distracted before. Highly recommended!
