I purchased this as a medication holder. What a brilliant buy it was! All meds can be stored safely because you can move the compartments. As a type 1 diabetic this has been great. I can store and see all my meds without having to constantly recheck. Highly recommend.

Great product. Use it as my daily make up bag. Lots of options and easy to clean. The seam is starting to loosen a bit but that's my only complaint

Arrived broken. The plastic around one of the corners is missing a chunk and the long separator is snapped. It would be a really nice product otherwise. I managed to finagle the separator so it would stay in place, but the broken corner makes it a pain to unzip.

I initially received a damaged bag and left a review about it. The seller then contacted me directly and sent a new one free of charge. The bag is of excellent quality. I recommend both the product and the seller!

I can't believe how fast they responded to my review and how concerned they were with customer satisfaction and the quality of their products. This is what makes a successful company! Thank you, Relavel, for listening to customer feedback and taking the time to enhance your products. I bought this product hoping to hold all of my makeup. I thought that compartments it offered would be cool and organize my makeup. Unfortunately, barely anything fit in here after playing with the slots. There's not a lot of flexibility, so it is a very sturdy case. I found that if I put the slots in I had to play with it a lot to get my eyeliners and lip liners to fit. Then, I could only fit one foundation and another area. So I decided to take all of the slots out and put my makeup in. But then it just became a jumbled mess. The brush holder is pretty simple and works. The area at the top behind the brushes is convenient, however you cannot fit large items in there. I had a Naked pallet that did not fit. Overall if you're looking to travel with some items this case might be okay for you if you take the slots out. If you have a lot of makeup like I do, this is not the case for you. I ended up using it for storage space for my travel items.
