Item fully meets expectations.
The mug is a fitting souvenir of the Queen's amazing reign. Altough not suitable for microwave or dishwasher use, has been bought as a display item so this doesn't matter as it will rarely if ever be used .

A birthday present for my Nan and she loved it, went very well with her afternoon tea.
I noticed there was a little bit of excess spruce material inside the handle where you pick the cup up so could be a little bit uncomfortable to the user but that would be my only criticism hence 4 stars for the build quality.
