Excellent after sales service.
The SC 588 I have had been working well. But was showing errors since last few days. I called up their number and got an immediate call back from their technician. Nidnath was very helpful and patient with me and guided me through the entire trouble shooting process to help me resolve the issue. My printer is working prefectly again and I wish to thank the front end and technical team for being extremely profesional in their approach. I would recommend Shreyans to anyone looking to buy a thermal printer.
