It's 12 inches (or, more accurately, eleven and a half or three quarters.) I think they refer to it as ten inches because that's the height of Harry in this set. (And, by the way, although it's slenderer than the original Body, the head and costume will fit nicely on a "Made-to-Move" Ken body for greatly improved posability -- you'll need to dip the hands in boiling water to make that swap, though, and I recommend using an X_Acto knife to separate the index finger from the others to attach the clip on the wand to.)
