Q: Are the washcloths real thick?

No, they are a medium thickness, and this is the reason I bought them. Some towels take too long to dry.

Q: These towels look very lush and full in the 1st pic, but in the others they look very flat and thin. Which photo depicts the true towel thickness?

These Towels are Great. I have had them for quite a while and they still exceed my satisfaction.great buy…great product! Not flat or flimsy.

Q: How to I contact the seller to get a replacement towel (damaged)?

I always contact Amazon, they’re great with returns. I’d return them all. Mine changed from gray to tan/gray after laundering just a few times, and they aren’t soft anymore.

Q: At what temperature should I dry these in the dryer? The instructions say wash on warm but I wasn't sure about drying.

I used warm wash and dry. Mine faded quickly. Instead of gray they are a tan/gray shade. Not that soft after laundering either. I would NOT buy these again.
