I purchased 2 of these. I have been practicing yoga for 14 years, currently alone at home because of the pandemic (about 5 days a week for 45 minutes or so). I had been using a beach towel on my yoga mat and was having some slippage problems, so I checked out was available and chose this one.Fits mat well, pockets around each end fit over mat ends. Attractive colors (bought one blue, one green). Well made.The mat grips very well - I have had no problems with slippage. I am not wetting down the mat and am sweating moderately as I practice (no hot yoga at home).I put the mat in the dryer after practicing for only about 10 minutes and am washing lightly once per week or so, then just a few minutes in the dryer and air drying the remainder. I feel as though if I don't over wash and keep dryer time to a minimum I should get a good life out of the mat.I would buy again without hesitation. Happy customer.

I only recently started practicing (hot) yoga and bought this towel for the studio I was attending. Due to the quarantine situation I never got to use it in the studio so far but am using it now for my home exercises (yoga, HIIT...).The positive points are the wonderful colour and the very light weight of the towel. It feels very soft and of high quality. The underside has a kind of a rubbery surface and does not slide on a carpet or wooden floor and for sure will stick to a yoga mat in a studio.It comes with a storage bag and a small spray bottle.And - leading over to the negative point - you definitely need this spray bottle! Wetting the towel in a hot yoga studio is a must and will give you a good grip on the mat. As I can’t get those temperatures in my home and exercise under normal room temperatures I am not spraying the towel - just to avoid getting my floor covering unnecessarily wet.Be careful though using this towel in a dry condition - it is extremely slippery!To be able to exercise normally I use non-slip socks for my yoga practice and trainers for my other exercises, which works perfectly.. Naming this as the only downside of this towel, I would definitely recommend a purchase!

I'm brand new to hot yoga, and have been sliding around a lot on my mat as I get sweaty. This towel is great! No more sliding, love how thin it is, length is perfect, does well in the washer and drier, you can put the ends in the flap but don't need to because it won't slide either way. Perfect! I just ordered another in a different color.

I had never used a towel on my yoga mat before and I feel lucky that I picked a great one without really knowing what I needed. I have a lot of foot problems and I was very worried about slipping and about the towel getting all wrinkled up as I moved. This towel fit my mat perfectly (I have a Yoga Rat mat). The pockets and grip of the towel kept the towel in place with no shifting. Per the directions, I sprayed a small amount of water on the towel at the start of class and I had no problems with grip. I actually felt that the towel gripped better than my mat alone and my mat is pretty grippy. I liked that the towel added a bit of cushioning to my mat - nice for poses on knees. After using this towel one time, I decided I liked this towel so much that I immediately bought a second one. The towel came with a tiny spray bottle and a drawstring bag in the same material as the towel. I got the blue to start and my red one just arrived tonight. The colors were true to picture online. I have already laundered and air dried the blue towel and it washed up just fine. Can't wait for my next yoga class!

Love these towels - fit perfectly onto the mats and the mat tucks into the pockets on the underside meaning it doesn't move around. Dries quickly after washing too.
