I feel like I've purchased the Rolex of housecleaning tools, and it's actually made me enjoy mopping my floors, and everything else that can clean. A friend told me about how much she loved her steam mop, and at first I wondered how anything could be that great. It truly is. The mop itself does great work of cleaning floors and dries almost instantly. (Try that with a Swiffer!) Dents in carpeting from furniture pop right up with a few passes with carpet slider attachment. I really appreciate how effectively this steam mop cleans without additional chemical cleaners. The reusable pads can just be thrown in the washer and dryer with other laundry, so eliminate waste. It's not just for floors! What really makes this a life-changing product is the attachments. The grout tool blasts out stains and dirt to make tile floors look new again, but also gets around the edges of under-mount bathroom sinks. The detail nozzle is exactly what I needed to keep up with my gas cooktop. I never thought I'd find myself thinking "What can I clean next?" but this steam mop totally has me there.

The high heat out put directly from the steam tank to the floor makes cleaning the floors effortless with massive cleaning power. I’ve used a Mccolloch steam mop for years, and making the switch was worth every penny. I’ve lived in our current house a year, cleaning with the old steamer, to find out after the first use on the Euroflex how dirty the floors have been the last year! I have a combination of high gloss ceramic tile and Vinyl flooring, both sets of flooring looked and FELT better then new. The extra attachments are amazing, i used the smaller head with the bristles and the pad to clean behind my fridge on the coolant foils and it was night and day how easy it was to clean with. My only complaint is that i need more of the cleaning pads! Excellent product! I will be highly recommending to any Family and friends.

This is a fantastic product. I bought it to replace an older steam mop and a "professional" steam cleaning tool. This machine does it all and the learning curve is minimal. I was quickly able to clean grout on the bathroom as well as sanitize the floors. The floors dried in 1-2 minutes and the grout came away clean after 2-3 passes. The machine is very well made and the attachment tools are easy to use. Unlike the pressure steamer owned previously, these tools don't melt or collapse when used.

My previous steamer used a bottle of hard floor cleaning solution (over multiple cleanings, not all at once) and left the floor very wet. Replacement bottles were discontinued, making the steamer obsolete. When looking for new steamers, I considered the M2R and the M4S. I settled on the M4S because of the additional attachments, one of them being a grout brush. The steamer was pretty easy to set up; take your time and follow the instructions. As you put it together, you will become familiar with the parts. After you're done assembling it, take the time - without actually using it - to familiarize yourself with the controls. It took me a few minutes to figure out how the buttons worked. There's only two of them so it's really easy to use. One button applies steam to the bottom (through the pad), and it can be locked to stay on (a full tank is supposed to last about 20 minutes; I have not had to put this to the test). The other button sends steam out to the front. This one can't be locked, but it shouldn't be necessary to use it continuously; all the cleaning action takes place underneath. My first use was cleaning a few spots on the carpet using the carpet pad and glider. When I filled the tank, a little bit of water (maybe about a teaspoon) spilled out before the bottle stopped draining (this also occurs on subsequent refills). I pre-treated the spots before running the steamer over them. It did a great job of removing them. I have also used the steamer twice on the kitchen tile floor. It does not leave the floor wet like my old steamer and dries very quickly. But the pad did stick to the steamer very tightly. The second time, the tab tore off of the pad while trying to remove the pad. I even had some difficulty removing it by hand. The steamer did a great job on the floor both times. There was one spot the second time that it would not get rid of, so a little hand labor was needed to remove it. I have not used it enough to experience the pad rolling under, as some other reviews have stated. I like that a cleaning solution isn't needed. I like the assortment of attachments. I will make use of the grout brush in the future. I like that the pads are machine washable. I also like that it can be used as a portable steam cleaner. It comes with a bag that all the attachments and a few pads are kept in. Tip: you can also keep the manual in the bag so it will be available whenever you need to look up how to use an attachment. One star off for the small spillage of water and the tab tearing off. But, overall, I am impressed with the M4S. Some people may find it to be a little pricey, but you do get a number of items and features with it. It is worth the cost to me and I would recommend it.
