overall very pleased
I have only one other steamer i ever had to compare to, but overall this one is very good for around the house cleaning. It has a 50 ounce capacity, and makes alot of steam. It does not specify that you must use distilled water, which is a nice option. I like the trigger lock, it is easy to do, even with my arthritic hands. The release is very large and easy to find, and it is simple to lock, both when steaming and when not (like for changing nozzle heads.) comes with a variety of nozzle heads, and i love the onboard storage for the small stuff. I would have liked the instructions to be more specific...for instance, the parts of the machine are numbered, and there is a list of parts to refer to , but the list does not contain the numbers! so what good are they? The cover for the tank literally does not release if the machine is hot, so it takes awhile if you are in a big job and have to refill the tank, you have to wait until it is cool enough for the tank cover to release, but that is a great safety feature, to keep from being burned. It is lightweight, has a nice handle, and easy to carry, but i would have liked for a way for the nozzle to be secured to the machine while carrying. Because, as i said before, the instructions are a little strange, it does not show if there is a way to do this. I also would like to be able to buy replacement tools, like more brushes, but there is no information about doing this in the literature. Overall, i am happy, and will use it til it breaks, like i did the last one...

Outstanding value. Puts those little hand-held models to shame.
I purchased this steamer to remove window tint from a couple of cars. It did an excellent job. The power cord is long and so is the hose which allowed me to get to the rear window tint easily. We've already used it in the bathroom and my shower stall. Really powerful and deep cleaning. The only minor complaint is that, after steaming for a couple if minutes, you have to stop for a minute or so and wait for it to build up pressure. There's a yellow light that comes on when it needs to build up pressure and it goes off when it's o.k. to continue.

Broke within first deep cleaning
Used for 15 min on and off to clean windows and doors etc and when I went to pullOff the brush nozzle to put the window nozzle back on it melted off and broke - now it is rendered useless. Total cheap product - don’t waste your money ! I did !!

It’s ok
It definitely lets out hot steam & has a few different attachments which come in handy but I was hoping it would help my cleaning to be a little easier but that’s not the case. Maybe it was the house I was cleaning when I used it. It didn’t bring up soap scum like I hoped but maybe I needed to let it spray on there longer. Idk. But I feel like it would take holding it in the same spot for like 5min to notice any kind of difference. Also, the lights come on when it’s heating up & one light stays lit when it’s ready. Soon as you squeeze the trigger it seems you need to stop & let it heat up again. I keep it going cause stream still comes out but maybe it’s not as hot as it should be if I were to let it heat up again. If that’s the case then that would be a pain in the behind & make it not worth it. I am keeping it though cause it does come in handy with some things

Buyers Remorse
I've been wanting to get a steamer for a while, I saw this one on one of those websites that compare brands and gives you the best overall, easiest to use, best priced....you know those sites. This was ranked pretty high, and although I had originally wanted a small hand held, I saw this had a bunch of attachments for different cleaning purposes, which made me change my mind and get this one.It arrived quickly, and I was excited to give it a go. The manual pretty much sucks, it's a whopping 6 pages long in English, the remain pages are for different languages. In my opinion it doesn't really tell you how to assemble and use the different attachments, Yes, some should be common sense but I can't tell you how many times I've assembled something that I thought was common sense only to have whatever it was stuck. It of course tells you how to how to add your water, and operate the steamer safely. I think I know which attachments do what, for example the squeegee is for windows and bathroom tiles. there's a fairly large attachment for floors , there's also a white microfiber towel that goes on the floor attachment.I wanted to steam an area of carpet that my dog had an accident on, my question was do I use it with or without that microfiber towel? I couldn't find the answer to that anywhere. And obviously the towel is going to get dirty, then what? There's only 1 dinky towel! I can't find replacements specific to the brandI also wanted to steam my couch and loveseat my dog has the areas he sleeps on kinda gross. I've read that steam cleaning a microfiber couch is one of the best methods to clean them. Again what attachment do I use for that, towel on or towel off? I started with the floor attachment, towel on - it didn't really do anything, I then tried the floor attachment w/out the towel, I just managed to soak the first area I swiped, I got frustrated and gave up. Today I gave it another try, I knew to direct the first blast away from the cushion. That worked a little better than my previous try. I didn't like using the floor attachment because it felt too big. I switched it to one of the round brush heads but it's too small for what I'm trying to clean. So I searched online for additional attachments and couldn't find any which is disappointing. In the end, I'm more disappointed in the product than I am happy with it.

Hope this is not the standard
I bought a pressurized steamer years ago advertised on TV. Now that was fantastic. I should have kept it. This product even with all its adapters was not in the same class. With this one it'll take you 15-20 minutes to kind of clean an area 1 foot sq. To clean a whole shower its not worth your time. I hope other pressure steamers on Amazon are better and that this is NOT the standard for this type product.
