Been using for months & my skin ect is nice 50s
In my 50s so wanted a extra boost in my life . Been using it for 4 months + before my review. I still look in my 50s / but my skin seems to be a little plumper whole body+ glow & hair nice , nails no change. Gone on to the Botin one now mix it up a bit..

Marine collagen was more effective
I’ve tried both types of Swedish Nutra collagen and found the marine version more effective for skin, hair and nails. They both taste fairly similar, being sweet syrups. The marine version was also cheaper.

Too early to say
Too early to say because just 3days taking it. But flavour is good, not fishy or bad aftertaste,which make easy to drink. Will update after 20days course :)

Collagen
I'm not very good at collagen s, but I can say I've bought this twice & my hair feels great. Don't know about wrinkles . I'm 50 & on the menopause. I will buy again because it works for my hair. 1 cap in the morning.

Liquid bovine collagen
This bovine collagen is great for hair,skin,nails and joints. Don't expect to see results straight away. You start to feel the benefits in about 4 to 6 weeks. Well worth the wait. Would recommend this product.
