I bought a year's supply, which worked out as fantastic value compared to buying in smaller quantities, and the best before date gives me 18 months to use them so they will not expire. This is the second time I have purchased this item and this time the tablets are smaller and easier to swallow while still packing the same nutritional punch. It's hard to know whether a multivitamin truly does what is says on the tin, but my hair, nails, energy levels, immunity etc have all been good since I've been taking it which is why I was willing to purchase another year's supply. Highly recommended.

These are not the biggest multivitamins but they also are not the smallest. I have seen a few reviews mentioning difficulty getting these down. I really struggle to swallow any kind of tablet even if very small. The only thing I've found that helps is to take water into the mouth, pop the tablet in with that and then quickly gulp down more water (don't overfill). In my opinion it does help get tablets down more smoothly and as a bonus counteracts the multivitamin taste a little bit. Hope this helps.

Great. Does the job.

I went for this one as it was labelled 'easy to swallow', but it really isn't - it's too large. I end up having to break them in two, and sometimes have to crunch them down.Three stars as a good set of vitamins included, but if easy to swallow is a priority I'd suggest looking elsewhere.

I have previously bought Multi vitamins from a different company and the smell was horrendous. But these ones don't smell and are by far the best ones I have used. Great value for money and great for your health.
